CHURCH RETREAT IS A HUGE SUCCESS

Those who attended the St. James Church Retreat at Epworth by the Sea are already talking about a repeat visit "next year".

The weather was perfect, the accomodations luxurious, and St. Simons Island never more beautiful. Put it all together with the special session led by Bettina Schuler and the uplifting healing service on Saturday night led by Fr. Chris Schuler, it couldn't have been more perfect.

 

 
ST. JAMES ANNUAL CHURCH PICNIC

SUNDAY, APRIL 23RD

With guitars playing and children laughing in the background, over 170 parishioners gathered last Sunday for an outside church service and picnic in the park. Thanks to some of the guys on the Biscuit Brigade, there were plenty of hamburgers and hot dogs to go around. With an assortment of salads and desserts people brought, plus a lot of Christian Fellowship and Fun, it turned out to be a wonderful day to welcome a summer Sunday and worship our Lord!
