The youth group will be participating with the Operation Caring Through Sharing as their outreach project for 2008-2009.  Operation Caring Through Sharing coordinates the collection of food boxes to needy families in our community.  To accomplish this worthy goal we are asking you to help out by purchasing some extra non-parishable food each week and placing it in the food collection box, located in Ashton's office.  If you prefer, you can give a Publix gift card instead of food items.

All donations for Operation Caring Through Sharing must be collected by the third Wednesday of each month for distribution on the following Saturday at WestsideElementary School.Once the youth group receives the family's information, we will each take a month to be responsible in the food collection.

For the month of October everyone is responsible for bringing in non-perishable food items.Please bring in your contribution by Sunday, October 19.  If you have any questions, please give Ashton a call.
