SECOND ANNUAL GIFTS OF GRACE ALTERNATIVE GIFT FAIR - Posted: 04-Oct-08
For all of you who like to get an early start on Christmas shopping, we want to remind you that on Sunday, December 7 , we will be hosting our second annual Gifts of Grace alternative Christmas fair. For those of you who prefer to procrastinate, you'll be delighted to know about the fair since your shopping can successfully be put off until December 7 .Our booths will open by 8:30 and remain open after each of the three morning services.

Once again this is an opportunity to make your family's and friend's celebration of Christmas more spiritual and less commercial, more meaningful and less materialistic. You'll be able to learn about some of the charities (both local and global) that our church outreach supports; make a tax-deductible donation to the charities you choose to honor a loved one; and receive an attractive card to 'gift' that person which tells what charity you've donated to in their name. Please mark this event on your calendar for December 7 , and save your shopping for our fair. Please bring your checkbook if you'd like to record your gift for tax purposes. We cannot accept credit cards. Please contact Nancy Latham with any questions.

In addition to the seven booths for charities listed below, we'll also raffle a gorgeous ginger bread house and provide delicious refreshments including mulled wine or apple cider and Christmas cookies. Please plan now to join us for this memorable Christmas giving opportunity.
