The Episcopal Church in Central Florida is part of the Anglican Communion. Our Church is an heir to continuing Christian tradition dating from the second century, when the Faith was first brought to the British Isles and then from Revolutionary times in the United States, when the church took on distinctly American characteristics.
Our mission here at St. James Episcopal Church is simple - To Know Christ and To Make Him Known. We seek to accomplish this Holy task as follows:
