St. James Fellowship
“… and let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good deeds, not neglecting to meet together … but encouraging one another…”

At St. James Church we have many opportunities to practice this teaching. Our Fellowship Committee consists of dedicated and energetic men and women who willingly follow this lesson to build christian community in our parish Family.
Throughout the church year, we support the parish community, including its other ministries, with activities providing an opportunity to gather in Christian Fellowship and to support parish life. Activities include: Oktoberfest, Greening of the Church, New Year’s Eve Gatherings, Annual Parish Meeting Brunch, Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner, Lenten Suppers, Worship in the Park Picnic, Father’s Day Lunch, First Communion Confirmation Receptions, Newcomer’s Social Gatherings, and organizing volunteers to provide refreshments for the coffee hour after the 10:30 Service each Sunday.
An integral part of building our community is a close-knit men’s fellowship – The Biscuit Brigade - which provides meals for the parish one Sunday a month and is a major contributor for meals at some of the other parish-wide activities.
We would like to invite you to join St. James parishioners for coffee after the 10:30 service and get to know one another.
